Smiling faces are liked by everybody. Nobody likes long and complaining faces. If we keep smiling faces, it reduces our stress and raises our energy level.  Smile removes the inferiority complex, works as a painkiller, and gets rid of depression. We need to cultivate the habits of smiling.  According to scientists, our brain does not know the difference between a fake and a real smile.  So this is good news, keep smiling whether the circumstances are against or in your favor.  Keep your eyes glued to your goal but never forget to watch funny and comedy TV shows and serials. Laugh with your family members and friends. Laughing is the best medicine given free of cost by Mother Nature.  Laugh and the world laugh with you, and weep, you weep alone. Smile boosts our immune system and makes our as well as other people’s life happier.

Smiling causes an influx of positive emotions that help in relieving stress and lowering your blood pressure.

  • Smiling is infectious

You catch it like the flu,

When someone smiled at me today,

I started smiling too.

I passed around the corner

And someone saw my grin

When he smiled I realized

I’d passed on it to him.

I thought about that smile

Then I realized its worth,

A single smile, just like mine

Could travel round the earth.

So, if you feel a smile begin,

Don’t leave it undetected

Let’s start an epidemic quick,

And get the world infected!    ANONYMOUS
